I feel like a lot of the plot weakness of the show (as opposed to all the other problems) is the way they decided to simplify the inhumans’ caste system. I can see WHY they simplified the whole deal with the alpha primitives and whatnot, but going to ‘inhumans with powers above plain humans without powers’ basically

So far for me it’s looking like I’ll be watching the show mainly to see how they’re using it to set up the next season of Agents of SHIELD (or at least, that’s what looks likely from the stinger on the AoS season finale).

Assuming they’re not straight up being misleading, they can say that and still have aliens and weird psychic abilities - those aren’t “supernatural,” they’re “paranormal.” Ooh, misdirection with a technicality. Still more honest than the theory denials going on by the writers of Lost. lol

This morning I started to wonder about the significance of the no-nose smiley faces. Is it a pun? No nose/ no-nos / no-knows? Or maybe it’s literally no noses, like, say the extradiminsional lizard people who have taken over the government. Maybe the whole thing is a hidden fight between the grey half-breed

The crowd dispersal scene made it randomly occur to me - what if Kai is one of (Asylum) Kit Walker’s star child descendants, complete with weird psychic powers? Maybe the blue hair is a hint to his status as a twisted “indigo child.” It would fit into the fear of (illegal) aliens theme, too.
