Well the East River Ferry doesn’t actually go to the statue, but in that it goes from lower Manhattan to Governor’s Island, you can certainly see the statue from a pretty good angle along the way.
It’s well worth it. There’s a pirate ship themed playground nearby, and of course the entirety of Brooklyn Bridge Park is there.
