It was dripping down between the walls, but the sheetrock isn’t wet. The drip was right by a heater return, too, so I’m going to just move the bouncy house fan there once the upstairs is done drying. The contractor said he’s happy to cut holes in the wall if we want him to, but he doesn’t think it’s necessary.

Yeah, it’s pretty easy. I did our other upstairs bathroom last year. For the price he’s quoting, though, I’m happy to let someone else do it.
