I will not say their name in case they don't want me to but somebody actually donated on my behalf and gifted me the games, so I thank them and I am happy I got the games and happy that the developers still got their share.

And I would totally agree with that plan. I'd much rather have the developer do it on their terms and in whatever manner they choose instead of holding out for E3 or being limited by E3 in some fashion.
