My roommate bought this for the PS3 and I have been playing. He plays after work, I play late-night. We are both level 20 (although I don't think I've played nearly as long as him). What's odd is when I watch him play it freezes at least once and lags considerably. When I play it runs smooth so far (with occasional

Everyone is so hyped and then they act like damned fools and trample eachother for some measly dollars saved on things they don't need. It's sad really. Now excuse me while I get my tent, rations and lawnchair ready...

I have to disagree. I don't know how you can say DICE doesn't listen to their community when they are in fact dealing with issues the community has complained about AND with their previous games do patching quite frequently...almost like they care about their customers. In fact, I'm not worried at all about the

I personally haven't looked at the Battlelog forums (I use battlelog purely for stats and matches). I usually use reddit and bf3 blogs when finding out about BF3. Ive seen plenty of interviews with some of the DICE team and crash, a member of EA/DICE frequents reddit. Also, if they didn't listen to feedback then why

Pro Tip: The UK official BC2 blog was 100 times better than the US one and moderated appropriately. Also look for reddit/r/battlefield (there is a DICE/EA member who posts pretty frequently), bf3blog, etc. I've seen plenty of responses by DICE.

As a BF fan I'm used to the patches needed quickly after release, so I'm not really annoyed (although I thought they might get it right from the get go this time...wishful thinking).

I don't know, I liked Vice City but got bored of it and after that I just wasn't interested in GTA games anymore. I played both sequels and besides graphics it just felt the same ( I did like GTA4's multiplayer modes a little, but not enough to keep me glued to it). It is weird because Red Dead Redemption is basically

I just listed them because they are popular and I don't like them, which many people find odd (and many probably don't). I like many games to be honest and many popular ones at that, I'm not some elitist who thinks I have better tastes than anyone, but my tastes seem to annoy my friends. Honestly, besides the games I

I'd admit to maybe bashing CoD here and there a few times, but HATE is a strong word. I probably would hate it if I HAD to play it. I am a Battlefield player and in all honesty CoD has nothing to do with me or even effects me in my BF sphere (unless BF starts turning into CoD).

It honestly depends on the quality. I had no problem paying for BF1942 and BF2 and ONLY playing multiplayer. I would have paid the same for just multiplayer in BF3. Likewise when I don't care if Zelda or God of War or Shadows of the Colossus lack multiplayer. They are quality singleplayer games and I have no problem

Easier solution: Have less D-Bag friends and buy cheap beers with the beers you actually buy.

I'm pretty sure there is a BF3 video with him playing. Not trying to start a flame war, just saying.

if Apple made a 50-60 inch TV with any kind of iOS on it, with LEDs, it would cost AT LEAST $3000. I mean, the iPad costs what again?

I'm sorry, but TVs now aren't that expensive and besides thickness which I could care less about after they are like 4 inches or less I don't see them improving for some time. 3D TV is a bust IMO, it's not worth it and not that great. HD now is pretty damn good and although they will no doubt up the resolution more

Nope, not really, isn't even more presumptuous to say what you said not really playing either of them? I'm admittedly a BF fan, it's quite obvious, but I don't hate CoD (I just don't get why you would play that over BF). To each their own...HOWEVER, I'm not kidding when I say that most of what you see in this CoD

haha, that part was a joke because they go back and forth with their advertising.

Just gonna put this out there: Most of what you saw in that trailer can be done in BF3 unscripted...in multiplayer. Please join us in the Battlefield my friends. We want you to come play!

It hasn't failed if I like it.

I wanted G+ because I like clean starts, its easy to separate people with circles and I had entirely too many "friends" on Facebook that I won't be having again with G+. It's a clean interface, I like how it works and I for one like that currently it is less crowded with my "friends" and that I have only like 10 so

I remember when Battlefield 1-player meant just playing Conquest with bots. And I liked it. 1942 I will always love you.
