Nice jump there, drama queen. I applaud these people and their objections to all sorts of things, I’m just not convinced that forced arbitration is evil as the OP states. It is what it is and in most practical cases it’s declinable.

It’s only forced if you sign it though, right? In my line of work I decline arbitration agreements all the time. I get that previously it was required to be employed at Riot, but no one is required to work there. I assume there’s plenty of jobs out there that don’t force arbitration, though I can’t speak to the gaming…
