Can’t speak to the garage editor but I’ve heard that Nintendo is releasing the templates for the cardboard online, so it’s at least somewhat renewable. I’m far from crafty but none of the cutouts I’ve seen so far would be out of my range to recreate with a template. Either way, with each project taking upwards of two

I’m having a good time constructing these (I’m also working on the house after finishing the RC car) but I will concede I’d get bored quickly with the end result without kids. The youngsters are totally blown away by how the camera tricks and use of different vibrational frequencies work. Lots of Labo haters out

Just say it, Ethan. A custom mode where we can make a vain attempt to recreate an alternate-universe USMNT that doesn’t stink of failure. That’s what custom mode means.

I have a completely irrational desire to put a Threadripper in my PC.

This made me laugh but mostly because it’s hard to think of a worse idea.

Step 1 is remembering to use Atreus.

Nice. I never bothered with Beyond because reviews seemed tepid at best, but I’ll give it a run. Already have Rayman on Switch but if you don’t and like platformers, you’re in for a treat.

Fahey has always been my favorite writer here at Kotaku and, indeed, one of my favorite writers period. I’m pulling for you, buddy I never met, and salute you with pink kitty-eared headphones.

At this point I think the only way I’m coming back is if they give me the last expansion free with this one. I hate the idea of skipping one expansion but also can’t bear to pay for it. Probably best I just stay away.

Despite the bad look for Quantic Dream I’ll still be interested in how his stacks up. If reviews are promising I’ll look to buy it in the $40 range when that’s possible. If reviews are similar to Beyond: Two Souls I’ll do the sensible thing and never ever play it.

I made it pretty clear I don’t identify as Republican but point taken.

Is it just me or is this game like, almost unreasonably difficult? I’m only on balanced difficulty but as soon as I found dark elves in Alfheim I was just getting worked for a while. Maybe I’m not using enough strategy? I’ve played a lot of Dark Souls but this feels somehow different, like there’s more angles to

I think Elseweyr (or Black Marsh) would be too out there and not... human enough to make sense for a mainline Elder Scrolls game. I’d be very surprised if they took that chance.

I highly doubt any of these folks you speak of bothered to read a Wikipedia entry on journalism. That would be something. They learn what they know from their echo chambers.

Truly meowsters of innovation.

I actually use one of the Yi indoor cams on my front porch, but I live in a super-temperate climate. Works pretty damn good I must say. I have not heard anything too bad about the outdoor models though they’re much less popular overall for whatever reason.

That’s some really cool tech from a company that’s better known as an imitator than an innovator. I’ll hold off until a Lightning Deal on Amazon (Black Friday?) but it’s definitely on the ol’ radar.

Recycling is a better example. Many, many votes end up meaning nothing. Try being a Republican in California (not me easy fellas) and tell me those votes matter.

If you’re not even on Full HD then you can’t really relate to what we’re seeing at Ultra HD (4K) or even 1080p. You have less pixels to work with and thus are getting a more zoomed in version of what we’re getting. Not surprising you can see better, but it’s still a problem for a lot of people.

It’s gonna be hilarious when they drop a patch with just MASSIVE text and a patch note that says THERE! YOU HAPPY NOW, GRANDMA?
