Anyone who’s been around here for any length of time knows that Kotaku is much more interested in promoting and fostering the gaming community than it is in making some quick YouTube royalties. Shit happens! Everyone is going to be OK in the end.

Just don’t start hogging all our GPUs to mine your cardboard, please.
The real takeaway from all this is if you’re having trouble getting a timely response from Valve, send your grievances to Kotaku who Valve apparently has an eagle eye out for. How much for a Kotaku email address?
Can anyone speak with authortity on why it costs $150k to have these molds made? That seems ludicrously expensive, that’s a year’s salary for at least two skilled laborers, right? Would it take even two weeks for one man to make these small molds? What are we talking here?

I had a lot of fun with it, but twice last night (out of four attempts) I had someone completely ignore the dropship exfil which is a horrible idea and got us all killed as we tried to clear the 15 heavy assault guys, assassins, etc. Don’t be that guy.
I don’t know what 80% of this is.
I’m just going to hope Valve rolls back the change like so, so many before it. In this case I imagine they have more support in the wake of the Facebook crisis, but add my name to the list of people who don’t give a hoot if Donald Trump knows what I own on Steam.
If not for the restore code courtesy this would potentially require a ransom of $30USD if you don’t already own PUBG. Unless it’s not above accepting a pirated copy (does that exist?).
