Truthfully, there's been a precipitous decline since season nine's conclusion, and Howerton's character was the only one that really garnered any laughs for me. He goes and the show is completely dead.

Not the worst, but definitely not great.

They tried to bite off a lot in this episode, very ambitious. Honestly, can only point to a handful of good episodes the past two plus seasons.
