So I met this guy online through Yahoo Personals. He was a pianist and we bonded over our love of soundtracks and he wrote me a song (he informed me of this in the initial email he sent) which should have been a red flag but he was cute and a musician, which used to be like +2 automatically.

Not trolling, but is everybody else watching a different rally than I am? I'm pretty underwhelmed. The joke are bad, the music is alright I suppose, but yeah...so glad I didn't make the trek from NC.

I love Rocky Horror so I figured I'd put my original dislike of the show due to cliche characters and creepy ass adults doing creepy ass things (except for Sue! Iwould watch Jane Lynch eat a bowl of cereal.) on the back burner and check it out.

I know the prez can't just wave a magic wand and make everything better, but I'm still a little resentful that he hasn't been more forceful about DADT and gay rights.

I was watching this live this am and was just flabbergasted. Is he under the impression that any publicity is good publicity? He had a chance to kind of show that he had SOME idea of what he was doing and he basically just cemented the fact that he is just flying by the seat of his pants.

About Clarice's polyamorous family...weren't a couple of them in the car with her on the way to Gemmenon during the finale of the first half of the season? When it was blown up as she got out to watch Amanda jump from the bridge? I would say a little space would be in order after that.

@queensowntalia: *raises hand* I'm not bothered by the flashbacks either! I loved the Thanksgiving scene, it was necessary for character development. The Event is one of the few really interesting shows out right now and I feel like everybody's got some sort of vendetta because their panties are still a-twist over…

So I'm late to the party apparently, but isn't it worth thinking about the parallels between posting this (the sexual activities of the men from the powerpoint, without their permission) and the roomate from Rutgers who recorded his roommate having sex without his consent? It just seems a little...sketch.

@CC: Their relationship was one of my favorite things about the show! Emily's confusion/denial/acceptance of her feelings for Mya was so authentic. I don't really buy her 'Plastic' (Hannah) friend's nonchalant acceptance of Emily's bisexuality, but it was nice to see her support.

@Ismone: Yeah...I'm a dom, and I get sexual gratification from dominating my sexual partners. But we communicate and if I found out someone wasn't into it, then naturally, I wouldn't do it. I get aroused when my partner is into it as well.
