From all indications, everything that Johnson said is 100% accurate. The program is bleeding money, ticket holders, boosters, etc. Very poor athletic administration since the guy who hired both Ryan and Pearl left.

I’m sure many would disagree, but I don’t think Indian is any more degrading than Viking or Celtic, for instance (although let’s note, “Indian” is no longer the preferred term for many people the label would be applied to). The main issue there, for me, is pairing the name with that grinning idiot of a mascot.
