The problem with that point is that it assumes that everything that is now forbidden courtesy of PC is worthy of the label of asshole.

Actually it’s the opposite.

I think there’s another explanation for “asshole”.

I think that’s part of the charm of the Civic is that it isn’t shy about how outrageous it is. It knows it’s in your face and not for everyone. It knows it’s a car for yabos and doesn’t pretend otherwise.

I think the difference is the Civic is obnoxious, but knows it is.   The Vette, on the other hand, thinks it’s the cock of the walk when it’s actually just the cock.
