I’m a tall woman (5’11”). Eddie Bauer offers most of their items in Women’s tall (catalog only-duh). Athleta also offers many of their athletic gear in tall as well. North Face offers what they call “tall” but the inseams are only 34” so that’s not tall, but it might be okay for a 5’9” or 5”10” woman. Happy hunting!
