This has me SHOOK. I read Michelle’s book and was horrified that someone who committed so many atrocities was never caught— and 40-something years later, wasn’t likely to ever be caught. I was fucking angry after reading it, thinking of him just sitting out there SO SMUG. I wish Michelle was here to see this day, and

The biggest thing to keep in mind is that they’re working dogs and have the energy levels to match. They require a lot more exercise and energy outlets than their size would imply.

They need exercise. A good walk every day and some play. They do bark. They are great at agility if you like that kind of thing. They are fearless and protective. And total clowns.

Corgis are herding dogs and, as such, tend to be stubborn and distractible. On the plus side they are exceptionally food driven and trainable. Mine is a “fluffie” who is 8. She is so full of charm that she’s got a fan club in my neighborhood. I often say that it’s like living with a cartoon character. She’s great with

Barky, can run for days but is also happy sleeping all day, and willful as a German Shepherd. I had one growing up and it was not well trained, and was objectively not that great. If you’re able/willing to put in the work they’re like any other herding dog.

Any corgi owners out there? We’re considering getting one but I want to know what they’re actually like, personality-wise. I know they shed like whoa but we already have a sheddy dog so that’s not unexpected. Are they high maintenance? Barky? Active? Aloof? What’s the deal.

I miss old Gawker and the Best Restaurant in New York series. This memory is brought to you by the time they ate in the American Girl store.

Mine is 11. When my friends who had kids used to tell me to make the most of my time with him while he was young, I didn’t know they meant while he can still stand you.

IME, a lot of this issue is figuring out three things : 1) what works for your eye shape. Some people prefer an allover wash of color fading out above the crease, some people prefer a deeper color in the crease for more depth/definition. Just experiment! 2) Sometimes you need to “adjust” the rest of your makeup —

Eye shadow is my only makeup competency! Maybe I can help! I use basically 4 steps:

never forget.

Poor kid. At least he got his mom’s cheekbones.

The White House’s official proposal would fund firearms training programs for school staff and strengthen criminal background and mental health checks.

I think my first ever official tween girl outing to the mall, we were on a mission to buy yin yang and/or peace sign necklaces at Claire’s followed by lunch at Sbarro and dessert in the form of a giant jawbreaker from the Sweet Factory. Best $20 I’d ever spent at that point.

I worked with Kevin Krim, the father/husband. He and Marina are amazing. They started an arts/creativity foundation in Lulu and Leo’s names and have dedicated their lives to it. They have also had two other children since this happened — boys named Felix and Linus. Nessie, the surviving child from the original three,

Ack. I’m so sorry. I only watched Boss Baby because one of my favorite podcasts (We Hate Movies) did an episode on it.

I’m investing all my money into Old Bay Seasoning.

I dunno, the gag in sequel where Fronk rolls down the window with Steve Martin’s face glued to it has never not gotten a laugh from me. Just really good physical comedy.

OMG the remake is amazing, the original is meh. The only good part is the dad getting stuck in the kitchen making millions of martinis.

There are so few of us Father of the Bride fans! Hello friend!
