Sure, I think it does push against the ethos of their “brand”, but I am also not the type to take to my social media channels to talk shit. Even if I did, my circle of influence is like, 10 people so no one would care. I have to imagine if I had some sort of shitty thing happen to me there, I would first take it to…
Yeah doing stuff is so lame
What’s “faux” feminism? I didn’t realize there was only one right way to “do” feminism.
I’d love a presentation on his skincare routine. So smooth! So glowy!
I just joined The Wing in my city and....I like it. It’s pretty. It’s fun. It’s welcoming. I can get work done there and have a yummy meal and coffee and shower if I need to. They have cool panels and fun events and speakers. I don’t belong to a fancy gym (or any gym) so I consider this to be where that money would be…
I freakin love these two. They were just on Marc Maron’s podcast and they are so relatable. Had no idea Maya’s dad was a drummer for Steely Dan!
Sure sure sure. I should have clarified: I don’t love a visible nip FOR MYSELF. For others I could GAF.
No no, I was being overly general. I have many lace bralettes that I love and wear all the time, but in my mind, when I think VS bras, it’s always a red (or pink) satin bra with 6 inches of padding and trimmed with black lace.
I personally don’t love a nipple showing through a bra, although there is a time & place. My ideal bra is a t-shirt bra; seamless, maaaaybe wireless, a very very thin cup, but thick enough to disguise a nip situation. Around the house I’ll rock a bralette, which I adore, but in the office or something a standard…
I’m not sure who they’re “for”, frankly. I actually used to wear their Pink brand bras, which I’m pretty sure were designed for tweens. But they were less padded and more comfy.
Oh I know that now, but I’m saying when I was a young, impressionable teen, VS was responsible for me internalizing the messaging that my body was somehow wrong/less than and that I needed 6 inches of padding in my bra to make up for it.
Awesome, definitely gonna check this out!
Sexy, is what I mean. Voluptuous. Curvaceous. I don’t have a body that looks good in red satin & black lace lingerie. Clearly I’m speaking in hyperbolic, general terms, as not every single piece of underwear in the world is red satin & black lace.
Yes, for me it was worth it. I’ve had mine for about 2.5 years and have been pretty careful about how I wash/treat them (i.e. I don’t just throw them in the wash with my other random clothes and I hang dry instead of machine dry) so they are in great condition still. I’ve tried every bra in creation, and they’ve all…
Christ. I always longed for a VS body but sadly I am a lifelong member of the IBTC. ThirdLove and similar brands are the only bras that actually fit me without being padded out to *here* or making me feel bad about not having a red satin & black lace body type. So get bent, is basically what I’m saying.
Starting to understand more about the parenthetical in your username. Are you here just to start shit, or....?
For all intents and purposes, the white walker storyline has been in play since the actual first episode of the first season. It had to end at some point!
Saaaaame. I feel like I read about someone writing/selling a screenplay about this? Maybe just wishful thinking. But a doc would be infinitely better.
Ok, this isn’t the hill I want to die on, and your condescension is palpable. Did you get fired from TheSkimm or something?
