Turn rate is part of the gameplay in DotA and if you dont know about it, it will end up killing you, for example, Sand King can burrow strike someone with a stun and cast the full ulti if SK ends on the back of the hero, the enemy hero wont stun him in time cause of turn rate, but if the SK ends infront of the enemy…
