I don’t get this guy’s point. As lawyer, I find his arguements lack context. There are clearly black people with significant Native blood in the us today. Is he trying to say you Native Ancestry is only important if it happened during slavery? My sister and i are at least 12.5 % Native from a coupling of over 100…
