It’s refreshing to see an argument between a black man and a white guy with guns end without any casualties.

Uhm, this is an interesting discussion, and it can’t possibly be rational [in the reader’s frame of reference] from my experience of it, but I’m gonna note a couple things anyway and get hammered because *triggers* about what everyone, obviously, already knows.
But if he sold just one, he made a shirt killing
Suggesting that AMERICA is made up of people who would never flee their country when things got desperate? Yeah, I’d say that’s pretty wrong in even the most fundamental, superficial way possible.
The fact that 70s-era predictions about the limits of Earth’s oil reserves didn’t turn out to be accurate doesn’t mean the planet has magically spawned an inexhaustable supply of oil. It’s simply been pushed back a few decades by new drilling technology.
It’s just like deficits don’t matter when the president is a Reep, and the worst thing EVAR when s/he isn’t.
Hoo-Boy. There’s literally nothing that conservatives can’t be wrong about and be wrong about so many things simultaneously! It’s like Omnidirectional wrongness. What did we “make right” in the Civil War? According to conservatives it was a glorious fight over states rights — did the winning side make federalism…
His prices for the shards of what he had tried to provide for his family before hypocritically almost bankrupting an entire state were OUTRAGEOUS. He wanted like $50 apiece for football jerseys where the numbers were flaking off. I left empty-handed.
Really? The geologists from 1975 are the climatologists of 2015?
Calling other people Nazis is a great way to convince your readers that you have a coherent argument!
If you think peak oil is a myth then you have real issues with logic. Oil is a finite resource. If we don’t get off it sooner or later we WILL hit peak oil. There is no way around it. Part of the reason we outlasted the 1975 prediction is because of increased efficiency and new technology/discoveries. That can’t last…
Uh, we have more than enough resources to take care of all of our poor and as many refugess as could be thrown at us. We’re the richest country in the world. We just choose not to use our resources this way.
Timothy McVeigh committed a terrorist act by blowing up that building in Oklahoma. So by this "logic", I guess we've "lost our minds" to think that a white man should be President.
Of course he’s wrong. This suggests the confederates were right to take up arms to defend slavery. And even if that were “right,” which it’s not, he would still be wrong because they lost ... so they were unsuccessful in making it “right.”
Well... we can take care of our own poor, we just don’t. It’s pretty much a choice.
It’s pretty ironic that he’s using “thall shalt love thy neighbor as thyself” as his argument to get those brown-skinned neighbors the hell out of his country.
Is he wrong? How does he think he and everyone else got to this country? We all came from another country, mostly to escape a country with less opportunity. ... It feels strange to point out elementary history like that.
Considering your side likes to tout the impending failure of SSRE as the Boomers retire & the smaller Gen X/Y cohort can’t sustain benefits levels thru their payroll taxes — this a lie itself, but no matter — I would think importing more FICA filers would excite your interest in the elderly’s standard of living.
“Curt, you’re too racist to broadcast during the regular season when the only people watching are fantasy baseball nerds, so we’re suspending you until the playoffs, when everybody starts paying attention.” - ESPN management
It looks like Curt Schilling was right. His timeline is proof that an ape doesn’t evolve.
