I think his point is that the Firefly's fans seek out quality rather than just watching whats on tv. They're hardly the kind of people who want this trashy phone/tablet based "social online role-playing game"... the trailer of which has no gameplay but lots of papyrus font.

Except those didn't have have hd displays or rotational and translational tracking. And the software is also potentially more immersive now.

As in it's an RTS. It's not massively multiplayer; the largest match would probably be 4v4 but it's normally played by just you and one other person. You personally control lots and lots of dudes. If they end up dawdling off, it's because you told them to.

The new controls definitely suit a touch screen, but nothing beats playing real tetris with actual keys.

Presumably you only need to go online when you first install the game. After that, if it's installed, you can play it.
