There are plenty of people that have been in less car crashes after having drinks than being stone sober...doesn’t mean their reaction times and driving is better after a few beers though.

Not sure if this study is exactly trustworthy. Unless there is some new test that I don’t know about that can test for someone being high in that moment, these are most likely self-reported numbers. I can’t imagine a ton of people offer up “being high” as the reason why they just got into a car crash.

It’s amazing how many people who are assholes because “that’s just how they are” manage to not be assholes to people with power over them.  

Here’s the thing: It’s true that this sort of toxic behaviour is par for the course in many industries. I’ve been working in one for almost two decades. And yet, I’ve always been treated respectfully when being given negative feedback.
