I'd be interested in seeing that. I always had the impression that Smith was the sole, consistent voice of reason on the network (Kelly's progress is more selective), but maybe I'm wrong. Do you have links to what he said?

What racist thing did Shepard Smith do? I googled "Shepard Smith is racist" and all I can find is something insensitive he said about Bobby Sands, which might not have been cool, but I don't think it's necessarily racist coming from a white American. If Prince Harry said it, then probably yes.
But ... but ... Meg(h?)(y?)n Kelly and Shepard Smith!
Yeah ... I'm starting to think that series was a happy accident.
Even if the two were in a decades long relationship and his advances were completely welcome, I would call the behavior "workplace inappropriate." Who knows what was going on between the owner and waitress, but I think in witnessing an apparent boss advance on an apparent employee with no other context, many, if not…
Eh, it got a good review over at io9. Probably will watch when it's on netflix instant.
You're terrible and Joan would have loved you for it.
One semester if it's private and you factor in some of the random shit you end up getting billed for at the beginning of each semester that's technically not tuition. :-(
WAT
No, bone broth has tiny, microscopic gnomes in it that remove toxins from your body.
I agree with you but with an asterisk in case there was some kind of negligence or there were widely used safety or screening protocols that other similarly situated organizations included but they didn't, in which case their liability makes more sense.
Depends on who you talk to:
I just listened to a grand jury report on sex abuse in the Philadelphia archdiocese, and what you often saw there is families trying in good faith to go through the church first, getting promises from church leaders that, yes, they'd make sure the offender wasn't around kids any more. Of course, none of these…
True, but since most archdioceses in the US where the issue has come up have fought extending the statute of limitations for childhood sexual abuse cases to shield themselves from liability, I'll allow it.
For observant Catholics the godparents are supposed to be Catholic and are typically present at the baptism.
I dunno, those shelter dogs can be pretty ruff.
I think you're right, and I'm sorry you had to go through that. I don't think this mother or any mother should feel she has to compromise her child's safety for the sake of another kid's feelings. But I don't think making a public youtube video about it has a lot to do with her child being more or less safe, unless…
As far as we know she hasn't done any of those things. The thing is we don't know. And I said if she has done those things, my concerns disappear. I'm skeptical of youtube because it doesn't scream discretion, however well intentioned it may be.
