Okay, I watched the movies so I know who Rabid Raccoon is, but I’ve never heard of Fearless Maine Woman. What comics do I need to read to get caught up on her backstory?

I have a question: Since the “incident” happened south of the border, would Mexico law apply here vis-a-vis DeMario and Corrine as to whether it was sexual assault? I would say yes. What law(s) are there in Mexico for that?
