My Grandmother’s stuffing is real simple, the best and doesn’t have fruit. The bread used is 1/2 rye and 1/2 cornbread. The rest I think is just onion, celery, and chicken broth.

So late to this and prob no one will read this but whatever. I add chopped onion, butter, and vindaloo paste. It makes a nice cheap meal. I can be a little crazed about vindaloo paste though. Off topic but vindaloo paste tastes good rubbed on corn before you grill it.
