Guilty of that here. I use the handicapped stalls and if there was a line and I saw some able bodied person go in then take a long time I have done that. Yeah it is bitchy, but I really have to pee and they are is the 1 stall out of 7 that I can use.

I don’t know dogs but it is the same way with cats (at least to me). Cats are little traps, if you don’t read the cues then you will be met with claws, teeth, and hisses.
