is there gonna be a web-stream for those of us not on that side of the big water?

I have it and have to agree, about a year ago ( when most people seem to have given up on it ), it mostly felt like NFS Shift-games, then they released a completely new tiremodel and nowadays, I personally feel that they've improved dramatically, every single release is making the game feel more complete and more

I was there at that time, I was driving my own car on normal roads towards the track, and all I could think was "Holy shit, glad I'm not racing in this weather!" it was a horrible deluge to be in in a regular roadcar going slowly on public roads, never mind having to do it on the Nurburgring...

To be honest, the WiiU's YouTube-client is BY FAR the best one I've ever used on ANY device, the ability to queue videos on the gamepad while you're watching one is exactly what all other YouTube-clients are missing!

"Are you fucking kidding me? An underground street race with air support?" to be honest, the guys from "Gettaway In Stockholm" had air support as well in a few of their films, granted it's not really a "race" but it was most surely illegal and underground driving around in cars on public roads... So it surely is

In France they do RallyCross with electric cars, lots of manufacturers are in there, I've seen Toyota's, Peugeots, Renaults and Skoda's, no idea about the engine/battery rules, but RallyCross is PERFECT for electric racing as a "stint" doesn't take longer then max 10 minutes...

agreed, I absolutely fell in love with that sound when they started using the prototypes at the 24hrs of Nurburgring ( in 2008 iirc ), that engine going at full power flying by at Flugplatz in the middle of the night is pure magic.

Rally + Crazy Bastard = Of Course it's a Belgian!

nvm saw you took the french name, didn't even know it had a french name... I'd love to see the 96Hours done again though, I wonder if any car would finish nowadays :-D

PSA: Boot up your PS3, start GT6, run update ( if you have problems with the update rebooting your PS3, simply go into the game without running the update and then start it from the notifications-area ) and then drive this car on Laguna Seca :-) ( Seasonal events ), you only need to make a lap under 1:50 to win the

they've been doing it for a while now... GT5 had the FT-86 ( concept of the GT86 ) and did the whole Corvette C7 thing where they first released it as a cammouflaged mule with flapping fabric and all and then later released the 'official' version...

pCARS gets pretty close though... With the sound turned up to 11 it's an aural orgasm for some of more powerful cars. The BMW Z4 GT3 sounds almost exactly like I've heard it blast across the Nurburgring during the 24hrs :-)

I admit they're not cheap compared to the low-budget-wheels, but compared to Fanatec & the Trustmaster SuperWheel ( don't remember the official name ) they're actually dirt-cheap for what you get :-) If you like drifting you'll be suffering a bit though as drifting is way easier with a controller then with a wheel as

I absolutely adore my G25, I've never tried the G27 so I can't say anything about that...

we put it on a box to lift it off the floor, then installed a PC-fan on the side to blow extra air through the side and another one on the other side to suck air out again. Then, just to be sure ( and because it was summer ) we put another fan close to it to blow 'fresh' air in the direction of the DC...

Nice job! I don't really like playing racing-games with a controller, I just feel a wheel is way more fun, I'm not even near the top 500 or top 1000 in GT5 ( though I once scored the 23rd time in D-class time trial on the Nordschleife in Forza4 but that was in the first few weeks that it was out and generally not many

I only did the 4 hours one on Tsukuba, also before you could save mid-race, it was pretty awesome and felt great once you finished it... I did it on my G25 racing-wheel with manual H-shifting so it really was a LOT of work :-) In a way it's not as realistic as true endurance as there you'd have a second driver...
