This is the route I take when going to the Nurburgring. 90% of the visitors will tell you to use the A61, which is indeed a shorter route in km's.

actually, no: [en.wikipedia.org]"It is unlikely that 'French fried' refers to 'frenching' in the sense of "julienning", which is not attested until after 'French fried potatoes'; previously, Frenching referred only to trimming the meat off the shanks of chops.[10]"

except that "the French" didn't invent French Fries, the Belgians did, sadly the American that brought them to the US was of a typical "Don't know Brussels from Paris"-kind and supposed that since people were talking French to him, he must be in France...

except that it's not an RHD-car...

20$ per lap? I wish! That has been a loooooooooong time ago...

I had a Megane Break for 6 months as a company-car, worst car I ever had, I'll never buy a Renault :-)

that specific model is about as rare as a Focus R500 though... and it still looks absolutely hideous...

When I ordered my new Astra Sportstourer in july '11, it was impossible to get it without an electronic-handbrake-system, when I picked ip up in november it had a manual lever ( just like it should F*cking be) so I asked about it and remarked how great I thought it was, turns out they got too many complaints from

as I commented to another user already:

I say, if they are really against SOPA, they either should pressure AA to stop supporting it, or quit AA alltogether...

that's very plausible indeed.

great pictures, awesome garage, magnificent collection...

that's because helmetlaw in India only forces the driver to wear a helmet, before that nobody was wearing one...

at least they can be IN the car when it's working, while poorer people have to make do with only 2 wheels :-(

The car was built by Gazoo-Racing, I should have some more pictures of it, I'll look them up and post them to my flickr as well.

Indeed it is, one of the drivers from the TES-racing-team got to drive it on the Fuji-track and he said it was amazing, I can only imagine!

also, sorry I didn't think of this before, but if you look at this pic I took of the LFA during oktober's VLN at the Nurburgring, take it in it's biggest size and look at the driver-names:

this person is there, he came there officially in june a few years back, right after he participated in the Nuburgring 24hrs with a prototype Lexus LF-A ( then still LF-A ), I was there since 2008 for the race each year and he raced a few more times with the Gazoo Racing Team.

double win, not just greatest typeface, but it was plastered all over the coolest car of the '80's: Audi 80 Quattro ( the B-Spec one :-) )

pfft some of you guys even consider "Fries" to be Dutch, so this surely qualifies :-)
