I’ll skip the occasional day if I’m not doing anything too social or strenuous, but it helps make me feel good to be clean and fresh. I’d recommend turning down the hot water in the shower a bit though, that alone would combat some of the negative effects of showering daily mentioned here.

I, for one, am NOT looking forward to the rest of the DC movies.
