Worst-case? Boo-freakin-hoo.

No MMA option because women’s UFC will not drum up a heavyweight division - no demand to see the fatties duke it out.

Sure Scott Boras threw a fit this morning. What’s the cut from a ridiculous-but-the-norm $200M contract?

Do we have the camera rolling to capture the “moment”? Yawn, this looks more like WWE behind-the-scenes than anything else. How far has UFC/MMA fallen?

Joe Posnanski beats off to this guy.

Non-US resumes are incredible. I’ve received one from China which provided head-shot, DOB, political status, and “married and procreated” under marriage status. Different standards outside the uber-HR-sensitive states.

I like how for every Tesla spec piece, it states the 0-60 time for ludicrous speed upgrades. It’s like BMW talking about the 3 series but then dropping their M3 0-60 time, you know, technically, “as quick as.”

Isn’t the pay levels based on the time/energy/effort the players would “sacrifice” from their professional careers? For example, a men’s player who plays for MLS or even in Europe vs. a women’s player whose options from a professional soccer standpoint is next to non-existent. Sure, there’s enormous hype/marketing

I got that one too ...

Best laid plans go to waste. Holm gets crushed by Tate, screwing up Rousey/Holm mega pay-day.

Well, that’s a symbol of why American tennis has fallen so far in the past decade-plus. Jack Sock has a big game but in his heart, he’s a poodle. As nice as Djokovic, Fed, and Rafa seem to be ... they’re really killers. They HATE losing. Sock doesn’t seem to mind.

There’a place in Oakland called Pho King, which isn’t too bad a place but the name is spectacular.

It’s hard to watch any form of televised media anymore since the purpose and goal seem to be as loud and OMG as possible - to become viral. The fake outrage is tiresome. Now get off my lawn!

The graduation rates of Latinos/Blacks at UC Berkeley are shockingly bad and yes, they are taking spots away from other kids (mostly Asians) who have to go to lower-tier schools. Skin color trumps letters of recommendations, extracurricular activities, GPAs, and test scores.
