This right here is a load of crap and Walmart should be called on it. Their social team was commending and praising people that got in/ordered on. If it was a glitch they wouldn’t be responding. They straight up bait and switched.. and Walmart needs the hammer put to them for this crap.

I think the thing that really irritates me is that I have trouble believing it was a glitch. It took them until Wed. to cancel the orders? It feels like this is just a (shady) response to all the salt online by people who were shut out so far (Best Buy did some pre-orders too, right?). Hopefully that’s not the case.

$20 sunglasses?!?!? Well laaaaa-deeee-dahhh, Mr. Zuckerberg.

The government subsidizes fossil fuels at a much higher rate. Who do you think primary funds that “research?”

Election “distraction” commission.

The problem with Kid A being on here is that it suggests that Kid A is the worst Radiohead album, and I don’t think that’s actually a possible opinion for someone to have. If you think it’s too beepity-bloopity there are later albums you’ll hate more, and otherwise obviously Pablo Honey is the worst.

Radiohead’s “Kid A” is on this list and so therefore the entire list is categorically invalid.

I will stand at your back and fight with you. I immediately thought this as I saw both Kid A and Sgt. Pepper. SMH.

I feel like she just picked albums she knew of and then randomly assigned some numbers to them.

“Assuming, of course, clear skies...”

I work at a university. We’ve been encouraged to “be creative” about allowing students to see the eclipse and a group in my program is lobbying for full all-day class cancellation.

Am I the only one that thinks that Groenig looks like what Steve Bannon would like like if he still had a liver and a soul?

I’m not too worried about the ruling, if only because states have shown a surprising amount of backbone in saying “no thank you” to Kobach’s stupid plan.

Automatic registration on your 18th birthday at your current primary address. Problem solved.

Fire up the DeLorean and head for Oct 21 2015 to set things right…

Chuck. Chuck, it’s Marvin. Your cousin, Marvin Schumer. You know that new liberal sound you’re looking for? Well listen to this.

The common theme seems to be that Nintendo needs to have infinite production capacity so that everyone can have one the minute they want it and not a second later.

I played it almost to full completion on 3D. The game mechanics were amazing in 3D yet I had to turn 3D off at the final battle against Bowser as it required precision (I played it on my old 3DS XL so it felt rather wonky)

yeah, and it’s SUPER difficult!
