So who missed the key hearings and filings, the attorney or the client? If it was the attorney, he should be sued for malpractice. And if it is the client, the attorney should still be sued for malpractice.

This list is invalid considering Spider-Pig isn’t included.
I don’t get any guaranteed money and I still manage to tip when I go out.
I’m really bored at work
When you become outraged at everything, you are outraged at nothing.
It’s funny how by modern Republican standards Richard Nixon would be considered a dirty, hippy, commie, liberal.
This is more or less the look that is perpetually on my face these days.
One bleeds badly from a face lift. The other bleats badly in a face plant.
*if Nintendo abandoned Wii U the millisecond Switch came out*
I would say that I parallel park 5 or 6 times for every 1 time I use a perpendicular parking spot. I street park my car, and most of the places I go don’t have parking lots. The grocery store I use is a 45 minute drive away*, but I go there specifically because it has a parking lot and thus I don’t have to worry about…
I, too, haven’t had to parallel park very much. But I still think it should be part of any practical driving skills test. Because even if you’re not specifically going to be parallel parking, the test is a good way to demonstrate one’s ability to maneuver through tight spaces and visualize the car’s footprint.
I can do it, but usually choose not to in favor of simpler parking. I never figured out how you are supposed to back into a spot on a busy street with a car behind you. You would probably get your ass kicked if you stopped in front of someone where I live.
Meanwhile, elsewhere in the world:
Don’t listen to this guy. I’ll do it for half.
Man, for $100M I’ll take his place and suffer the beating.
Bond: I like the idea that “James Bond” is a codeword for an agent, not a singular man. If the movies want to lean in that direction (and for example, have cameos of previous “Bonds” or other previous character iterations), that would be lovely.
Ironically, this series of comments is much like the review, thematically. “This book isn’t worth my time to review, so here is a review on it” threads nicely with “this article isn’t worth reading, so here is my comment on it.”
This is Peak HamNo everyone.
