This isn't from-scratch - it's copying a (terrible) design that's been used hundreds/thousands of times before.

Install the TamperMonkey add-on and add the following script:

Money.

I said I would quit if they forced a top bar that scrolled down with us, but I already found a way to disable it, so I'll stick around until the next annoyance. Although the layout is pretty annoying on every non-article page so far.

Acting teachers are rarely stars themselves. Art teachers haven't sold millions of dollars worth of paintings. It doesn't mean that they don't know how to do and teach the subject matter. Plus, there are many many screenwriters that have never had anything produced that make mid-high six-figures-plus every year

Weren't they all filmed in 1992?

Mulholland Drive is not terribly difficult if you watch it a couple of times. I'll definitely give you Synecdoche, though.

Excellent, well thought-out post, backing up your accusations with insightful and biting criticism. Keep up the good work!

I don't know about The Scoripions, but in 1986, um…, someone I know camped out, overnight, for tickets to Bon Jovi/Cinderella. That was a thing before the internet.

I always thought that if I won a huge lottery I would fund another Firefly movie, but now I'm thinking MacGruber.

Buffalo Bill!

I'm not naive in the least. I know that there are racists (and unfortunately I know some of them personally), and not just in the U.S., but this is so low on the list of things to get upset about that it baffles me that it's even a small deal. If you're a racist, there are soooo many other things to be upset about

I will end speculation as well. I am going to climb Everest in a few years, and after that you may all use my corpse as a guide, gratis.

The Varsity isn't all over the place here. Just two locations that I know of. It's more like the one place you have to go if you're anywhere near downtown and have never been. It really is just incredibly greasy fast-food, but it is delicious if you like that sort of thing.

"Lyrical Dissonance" would be an excellent name for an instrumental band.

I guess it's possible that some people can't let go of him being white, especially if it's a big deal in the novels. But for the last 40 years in the movies, that hasn't been the case.

Idris Elba as Everest! Or is no one ready for a black Everest yet?

I take it Shake Shack is to NYC as The Varsity is to Atlanta?
