I think this was one of the most quotable episodes of Veep, I enjoyed every moment and was bent over laughing often. Really loved this episode, really strong 30 minutes of comedy. The Selina and Gary fight was a whirlwind of emotion, just fantastic.

The third part is my least favorite too but I still really enjoyed watching that prick crash and burn. You can feel the desperation.

Damn what a great cast. Was really hoping to hear it was decent enough to at least be worth the time, but it doesn't even sound like that.

That is beyond strange. I'm currently watching The Scientist and next up is Three Ghosts. Have the day off work and doing a bit of a marathon here and I feel guilty its a beautiful day. I went running this morning though so I earned these….5 episodes now. Shit.

I'm actually going through Arrow season 2 right now and Daredevil as well and really enjoy them both for their own reasons. I even enjoy a bit of the melodrama in Arrow (but not Laurel…never that). I'm in the midst of the Deathstroke stuff so I'm just enjoying two shows firing on all cylinders.

The whole time I kept thinking this had to be the most perfect episode they did yet. Very excited to see where we end this year.

Fuck you, HBO. We have Scientology here in Canada too, and HBO as well. Yet you felt we don't deserve to watch this, and put this piece of shit "The F Word" movie on instead. Eat me.

I had to stop once this tried to re evaluate The Killing as some lost gem audiences weren't ready for at the time. Know why we got so angry? Not because it didn't solve the mystery, but because looking back on it at the end it was nothing but bullshit blind alleys and red herrings that upon re watch offer no thematic

Yes. He is funny.

Absolute fav of the season for me. So much packed in here it's almost going to burst. 4 great guest appearances, line after line of hilarity, Jon Hamm is just epic here. I have adopted into my own crazy world that from now on "the Good Book" will only ever be The Andromeda Strain by Michael Crichton.

Now I'll never be E's wingman at the vodka release party…

I understand your point, and stand by my own. In the early going I agree, Pete is a total creep and weirdo, and yes, everyone is sexist and awful, but I think labelling each one as a type of "rapey guy" is odd and I never felt that way at all.

There's a huge difference between a guy being an unforgivable creep (and this would count as sexual assault) and him being a rapist. Rape is a pretty strong word man. In this one Pete incident, I also didn't think "well these guys are all such awful rapists I might as well just identify them as fat rapist and smelly

Honestly, if you're identifying them as rapists 2 episodes in, it might not be for you. Those thoughts never went through my mind watching it.

It's plenty of dark fun, but "if it bleeds it leads" is a laughably dated "revelation" about the mentality of popular news outlets. If this came out in the 80's it might have been a bit more eye opening. Jake kills it though, the big reason to check it out.

He's a hack!

Loved her in Whiplash, so I hope this is actually good and I have a reason to see more from her.

Fuck. I'm always falling for that pork in the bun, I'll never learn!!!

Watching this episode right now and god damn does it rip my heart out every time the scene where Vito tells his kids he is doing stuff for the CIA. First time watching this series I really did not love this story line, and while I still don't love it, I like it, and it doesn't even take up half the time I remembered
