Welp, fuck that then. No ability to play on an airplane, or in areas without connections means no money from me.

That plus a $9.99 price tag means I won’t be buying it. Nintendo really doesn’t know mobile, does it?
Hey, look it’s another attempt at combating piracy that will lead to pirates modding the game to produce a better experience than those who play it legitimately...
Small consolation, but at least he’s open about why they’re doing it.
Makes it pointless for me. Would only be used on commutes, which really mean the underground, which make this pointless as there’s no internet in the tube.
No, I watch those. They are big Narcos fans.
“as well as the fact that my children watch much more Netflix than I do.”
I’ll try to explain it for him, although I thought he was pretty clear.
It’s implied (albeit subtly) in the reveal video that the only reason Sombra is “booping” Ms. Volskya is because Ms. Volskya “boops” her own daughter. We know this from the pictures on Ms. Volskya’s desk. In this way, Sombra’s “boop” is less of a…
Good gravy, it would be great if they’d explain this in-game somehow. Thank you very much for the info. That’ll seriously improve this game’s quality of life.
Just a little info, any status will prevent the Pokémon to call for help. Just Thunder Wave one of them to avoid the infinite loop.
I was pretty irritated to see wild pokemon using it after that first totem battle.
Oh, trust me... it hurts you. You just don’t know it. ;)
Yeah, the “call for help” feature is great for leveling up specific EV values but it should really only activate after you’ve caught at least one of a pokemon. That way we can fill out our dex with one of everything we don’t care about and not end up responsible for a Caterpie genocide.
I was cautiously optimistic about Sun/Moon, but so far it’s been pretty amazing. The one big feature that wasn’t entirely clear to me going in was whether or not full trainer customization would be available (as had been in X/Y but totally dropped in OR/AS) or if we’d just get hats as was obvious in the trailer. Boom.…
They’ve already said on-the-record that his hook is NOT a hitscan weapon. It is only supposed to connect when the hook gets to a target. In this video, Sombra very obviously teleported before the hook arrived at her previous location.
Couldn’t have just—I don’t know—replaced her crying soundfile with one of silence?
But the sun is a star ! :/
