Oh, so that’s what was going on. It was my first time hopping into that game, and I was like, “Whut?” Seemed weird for that to be an average, everyday thing.

I think this is an excellent idea. The Overwatch community isn’t yet toxic enough.

The Pokémon anime ended after 8 seasons.

Whenever I murder someone with my pistol, I consider it a mercy kill. :v

Should’ve just pressed F12.

I really, really wish his game had crashed and deleted his save while he “was there in Hyrule Castle, up in the high [spires] collecting my Korok seeds...”

It’s my biggest point of buyer’s remorse. I never take the Switch out of its cradle because of how volatile my data is.

Totilo: We at Kotaku have heard the feedback—and I’ve even worried about it myself–that the lack of cloud save and even the back-up option I can do with my 3DS [can cost people their save files if they lose their Switch]… do you guys hear that message?

Keep tellin’ yourself that.

I’ll probably just use Hangouts or Discord.

Yeah, I think All-Stars would’ve been a more apt comparison than Mario World. That said, I would hands-down prefer All-Stars on the Switch to ported versions of the original SMB1-3.

Fair point. But I would counter that players playing what they actually want (even if they’re in the minority) would be preferable to artificially inflated multiplayer numbers for a game that most would just as soon not play.

So the only other big thing I’m waiting to hear is their solution for backing up game save data.

This is again a poor comparison. With regard to the 3DS, we’re talking about digital licenses, not physical goods. Digital licenses are essentially entitlements to access specific software (or music, movies, documents, etc.).

Sony lost that suit because they removed an advertised feature.

I only played for about half an hour, but I really liked Rime. Its visuals were really nice, and I thought the music was downright beautiful.

The condensation one is my favorite.

A bunch of my friends from college were planning a get-together “reunion” dinner a couple weeks back. When BWW started to emerge as the highest voted location candidate, I nearly decided not to even bother going.

That’s interesting. I hadn’t heard of the hoopla regarding Pharah’s parentage, but when I first unlocked one of the skins in question, I just immediately figured, “Huh. I guess one of her parents must be a Native American or something.”

What about the helmets? Can I play without my helmet outside of town? I mean... this is a Blizzard partnership, after all... :v
