I doubt it. They don't let you use HBO Go on Roku either. Xbox is one of the only non-HTPC solutions for HBO Go that I know of that works w/ Comcast, which of course you have to pay extra to access.

Some people pay for cable, have more than one tv, but don't want to pay for more than one cable box (adding another box to my plan would add about 10% in cost). A cheap streaming box like an Apple TV, Roku, etc. (or a console if you like to game) is a great setup for these scenarios.

Better check if your cable co will allow access though ... for Comcast at least they only let you use HBO Go w/ an Xbox ... but not Roku, (most?) smart tvs, etc. Not sure about other providers.
