I hope we see more Android phones sized like the RAZR M ... hopefully one w/ a quad core this winter. 4.3" screen, but with basically the same footprint as the iPhone 5. That would be my ideal phone.

When the iPhone 5 came out I seriously considered making the switch from Android ... mostly because I want a 4"-ish phone on Sprint that doesn't have gimped guts (I currently have a Nexus S 4G, which all in all I'm still happy with thanks to CM10/Jellybean, it's actually sped things up).

My wife has Ringke case on her 4s and it's minimal and nice ... they're on sale for 10 bucks for the iPhone 5:

Doesn't really help them find good tenants though ...

It's probably good to check w/ your landlord before doing this, as often they'd rather fix it themselves or have "their guy" do it. If they drag their ass on repairs that's one thing, but I'd rather at least give them a chance to take care of it.

Yea ... was the first one that came up when I Googled "Jesse Pinkman magnets gif", didn't feel like going down into the Tumblr timesink to find a better one.

I dunno, folks around these parts (io9, that is) seem to like it.

Did you read the article? They feature an extension that let's you completely customize the new tabs page:

"At some point the expenditure of public money for the production and broadcast of television programs might not make sense. We may have already reached that point. Defunding of PBS is mentionable and rationale discussion is manageable. There is no need to freak out."

Fringe breaks this chart.

Magnets, bitches!

I wish the Razr M would come out on Sprint ... it's pretty much exactly what I'm looking for to replace my Nexus S 4G. I'm holding out hope that one of the Nexus phones coming out this winter won't be tablet-sized.

When I went to my Comcast office to turn in my modem I waited a freaking hour in line. Yea, I don't want to do that twice every 6 months (rental modems seem to break more, at least in my experience). If you're concerned about your modem breaking get a $15 extended warranty from Square Trade.

You can get a DOCSIS 2.0 modem for ~$50 (less if you catch a good deal). That gets paid off in a lot less than a year. I bought a Moto Surfboard DOCSIS 3.0 modem for $80, still paid off in less than a year, and is a lot better than that $7/mo one Comcast was getting me.

Nope. Why would you put an expensive piece of electronics under your ass when most pants have 2 perfectly good pockets in the front?

It's all about the Jncos, baby.

This beast was my first mp3 player. Good times, good times.

My music library is very well organized and the albums all have covers ... and I've never used iTunes to organize it. Couple of lightweight and simple tools like Mp3tag were all I needed.

Yea I was referring to the rumored Nexus line that will be announced maybe next month. Usually there is one Nexus a year ... but as Bill said there are supposed to be a bunch from various manufacturers this time around; it sounds like a Nexus version of the Optimus G is very likely as one of them:

Rumor has it one of the upcoming Nexus phones will be based on the Optimus G hardware, so sounds like anyone interested in it should hold out a couple of months and get the sweet hardware w/ straight-up Android 4.2
