I've actually moved towards just using mobile webpages for the most part. I have a fullscreen bookmarks widget on one of my 'homescreens', and have the handful of news sites that I read most bookmarked there.

Once every month or two ... I'll rent some dvds from Redbox and rip them to my HD if we don't watch them that night.

Yea I have a friend w/ a lifetime tivo that recommended it as well ... a lot of folks seem to value the interface and convenience.

We haven't explicitly all tried logging in at the same time, but also haven't run into any problems with a bunch of different devices and IP addresses using the same account.

I subscribe to HBO ... and about 4 of my non-cable subscribing friends may or may not have my log in information stored on their computers/Xbox's/Rokus ... just sayin'.

If I were to ditch cable, I'd definitely want DVR capabilities for OTA channels ... any workable solution without going full HTPC? I see Google TV & Boxee have "live tv" but not sure what that means exactly.

It appears to be red, white and blue, and to have been inspired by a rocket pop.

I have an android phone w/ fully functional Google Maps, and I still prefer to study the map beforehand and figure out where I'm going, as the article suggests, and not just rely on the "GPS crutch." But when I do need navigation (such as when I have to go somewhere on the fly), it's kindof nice to have an app that

What I want is a iPhone 5 sized phone w/ Android and GS3 guts ... is that so hard HTC/Samsung/etc?? ... the Moto Razr M is close to what I want, but on Verizon, so that's a no-go for me.

A few of my friends (all in NYC, coincidentally) are already bitching on Facebook about the new maps app. I suggested they use the Google Maps webapp for now, which they all seemed receptive to doing until Google releases their maps app for iOS.

Jesus should publish a "Born to Run" style book, except it will be about how phones evolved to be used without cases.

I believe our founding fathers would have approved of an official POTUS beer ... Jefferson, Adams, etc., they all loved the suds.

No you're not an expert, and the expert (her vet) that actually examined the dog concluded it was heat stroke. Seems pretty straight forward to me ...

Never fear, Obama has a concerned mom on his team:

Prediction: There is going to be a huge drop in sales of the Twilight series for Kindle.

Yes a game would be amazing! Just needs simple controls w/ arrow keys, any devs out there with some free time on their hands??

Any budget options? I don't fly / listen in noisy places enough to justify dropping $300-$400 on a set of cans. My 'buds w/ foam tips work reasonably well, but for longer trips can get a bit uncomfortable and I'd imagine an over-the-ear setup would be more comfy.

I just wish Sprint would get it! Here's hoping for a good 4" Sprint android phone this winter to replace my aging NS4G ... I would consider switching to the iPhone 5 but I'm so wrapped up in Google's ecosystem (my phone # is my GV #, etc) that it would be a big PITA.

What if Portal was a 1990's live-action TV series?

Yep, the Belkin Mini-Surge has been in my bag for years now, great for airports, hotels, coffee shops, etc. to share to share limited outlet space w/ multiple users. Unless space is really at a premium, I'd go w/ the Belkin instead of the Satechi in the article.
