I really love listening to oldies songs (50s, 60s, 70s) as an adult now and having the lyrics catch my ear and it just be BAFFLING as to what they are actually saying. The sheer filth, misogyny, and just plain weirdness. It’s really wild. Never in a million years did I notice as a kid.
