i bought a pair of danskin bicycle shorts but they were a little short so i added some wide elastic lace to the bottom. they are the BEST. no ride up, wicking material, cute lace on the bottom if a breeze comes by. only problem is they are black so i can’t wear them with lighter skirts/dresses.

i think so, it doesn’t seem to effect the fabric at all, a real mild detergent but it sure does wipe out that bacteria!

oh man i should do this. i like to wash them in cold to prevent fading and damage to the stretchy fibers (and because hot water costs more) but after a few months they just sort of develop the perma-BO smell. it goes away with HOT water but that is a last resort for me.

have you tried vinegar? the PH level kills the bacteria that cause the smell. the vinegar smell evaporates when it is dry. plus if you soake them in vinegar in yoru bathtub, the tub will be the cleanest it’s ever been. :D
