Not that implausible - it did occasionally happen and if the woman in question had the guts and necessary resources it didn't end in tears. But since Sir Julian does not want anyone to leave Downton (except in a coffin) Edith is doomed to dither around.

Yes, that has been my take on the whole issue as well. A 'sex-scene' is too vague to really go for the creepy interpretation. It's a possible interpretation but I'm willing to give the show the benefit of the doubt here.

It's heavily implied that at least Anna and Mrs Hughes know. Anna found Marigold's picture in Edith's bed after the fire and showed it to Mrs Hughes and they were exchanging knowing glances. Prior to that Mrs Hughes observed some of the hushed talks Edith had with Mr Drew. And Anna saw Mr Drewe and Edith on the train

Easy - bring the child back from Switzerland, declare that she adopted it from a poor family of farmers in the Alps who already had a dozen kids and if people don't like it - tough but she does not care. She's financially independent, has her own flat in London plus a business to run there - she can basically do

I never thought season one to be mediocre - but then I have nothing against procedurals. Season one introduced Zoe and Elias - the later on a slow-burner that really paid off in 'The Witness'. It also establishes the relationship between Carter and Reese in various great episodes like 'Get Carter' and 'Number Crunch'.

I'm always baffled that people think Morra could be a good guy - is this due to the movie? To me it's clear that the guy is shady as hell and has drunk too much of his Cool Aid (i.e. gulped down too much NZT). He's threatened Brian's family several times and ordered Brian to kill someone - all in the name of a greater

I honestly don't get the lack of love for 'Limitless' here and on other sites who'd normally be all over a show with that premise and its clever execution. Maybe it's the absence of a naked tattooed lady in the credits? Ah well, the ratings are decent and they got a full-season order - so things are looking good

Don't diss 'Limitless' - best new show this season in the genre of semi-Sci-Fi that I just made up. It's miles above 'Minority Report' and unlike 'Blindspot' the show allows you occasionally to crack a smile. Sometimes more than just occasionally - they did a whole episode as homage to 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off'.

Chris Adams asked about post BSG careers.

I do hope he got a better haircut than the one he spotted in 'Intelligence'. I blame that horrible mullet for the show's cancellation. *off to check promo shots*

Mary McDonnell on 'The Closer' and 'Major Crimes'. Not quite the long run Park has on H50 but definitely the bigger gig once she took over from Kyra Sedgwick and with better material.

Jorge Garcia is also a semi-regular on H50.

Great episode. My favorite little moment was when Holmes claimed in his usual arrogant tone to have a better theory for the DNA mystery than Bell. Than cslightly stuttering corrected himself, calling it just a theory he prefers. It was a nice touch showing Holmes trying to hone his social skills.
I do hope we get to

The problem I have with this simple outline is Joe's 'family' back in NY that popped out of nowhere. Until the family was introduced I was okay with the characterization of a loner who tries to fit in at all costs. But there's a woman and a child who somehow must fit into the equation of Joe's characterization.

What do you mean? Both dresses - especially the printed first one - were glorious!

Yep, it's good if you're willing to accept some Janeway-style headaches due to all the time-traveling plots. Not everybody's a fan but I really admire how they handled the problems arising from altering timelines so far. Good Sci-Fi is hard to find these days so I was pleasantly surprised when the show turned out to

Person of Interest, Orphan Black and 12 Monkeys are glaring omissions on this list.

I checked for the black and white dress she wore at the beginning but no luck.

The simplest solution would be Jane saying: 'That camouflage make-up you guys applied when I had to go undercover as Bulgarian killer was awesome. I'm going to wear it all the time from now on because I'm tired of people constantly staring at me!'
Easy peasy and never going to happen.

I knew he was a dead man walking from the moment he picked up the first photo Patterson had been laying around on her kitchen table. I'm surprised he made it so long.
It looks as if he had a FBI tail (probably sent by Mayfair to monitor the dead drop in the library and not to babysit library boy - but dude still
