They’re a defeated military force that was in no way affiliated with us. Saying that they’re American Veterans is like claiming the Revolutionary Soldiers were part of the British Army. That ain’t how it works, ya’ll.

Honestly, I kind of agree. WW1 proved that when you don’t utterly grind the enemy into the ground they think they “didn’t really lose” and will be able to “rise again.” The Confederacy was never pulled apart the way it should have been, and now it’s some twisted point of pride.

Goddamn. I was just gonna say that it’s not the 1200 scumbags that scare me, it’s the one guy they inspire that does. Here it is.

History is my weapon of choice in this particular fight. This feels very much like what happened in SC post civil war. I shared this to my Facebook page...

A friend of a friend teaches at UVA and knows some of the counter-protesters surrounded in the photo. Most are 17-23 years old and UVA students, and they are brave as hell. They should be rewarded for standing up, and I hope to the Flying Spaghetti Monster that they are honored by the school. I also hope that the

Chanting Nazi slogans, displaying the symbol of the worst act of treason in US history and fanboying over Putin and Assad. That’s some fucking A+ patriotism right there.

I was 6 when I first saw this and I had a heart attack (undiagnosed congenital defect, but I’m still pretty sure it pushes me over the edge). So that was pretty traumatizing. But I was a kid and the wall came down and the Soviet Union dissolved and I got on with life, all thoughts of nuclear war and mutually assured

“More and more cases of Travellers being found to use homeless people as slave workers for menial cash in hand jobs such as building driveways, have become increasingly common.”

I’m getting flashbacks to the eighties, when I had nightmares about a nuclear war - especially after I saw The Day After. My first protest march ever was against placing cruise missiles in our country - my parents never knew I went. I think there were a million protesters, and the bloody things never came. Power to

You might be on to something here.... maybe someone should show him where they’d be taking him if he ordered an attack. And let him know he’d be stuck in there with his wife and kid and no cell reception.

So Trump may accidentally cause a nuclear exchange because he literally doesn’t know how to respond to conflicts except to escalate them. Trump’s base, meanwhile, will love it - some of them are gleefully calling for the total destruction of the coasts, after all. So that actually gives him a motivation to also do

Regarding that last point- Is said bunker still full of weed? I feel like a bunker full of weed would be really useful right now.

North Korea “best not” make any threats and we’re “locked and loaded.” So presidential. Has he been doing nothing but golfing and watching shitty action movies during this vacation?

I have always said that Obama’s biggest failing was that he had too high an opinion of the American people.

I thought General Kelly was supposed to do that (even though too well I know he’s been busy issuing orders to the ICE brownshirts to deport pastors who’ve been convicted of no crimes, and German students coming to Colorado for exchange programs, and then look the other way).

“Wall Street analysts are now trying to figure out what will happen to the markets in the event of an all-out nuclear war.”

One way or another he’s going to have his war, whether it’s North Korea or Iran or Syria or Chicago. Unless Mueller can get him out first.

TRUE. The fart residue alone could kill a goat.

I’m a meme! but it’s local and only shows up on FB when it snows in Portland. And I don’t get terrorized. It’s the best. I have no idea who made it.
