Silver Surfer has none of Milligan's rapier-sharp wit. So while it might be as good looking as X-Statix was (gorgeous Allred art), it's pretty sterile compared to the outre Vertigo-in-its-heyday sensibilities Milligan was bringing to the mass market table.
