I was literally just looking into replacing the internal drive on my PS4, so this is great news! I’ll need to keep an eye on kinja deals for the next few weeks, score a cheap high storage external.

I think I read somewhere that the internal drive on ps4 (don’t know about pro) uses USB instead of sata. So an external usb3 should be basically identical speed-wise.
