This story is terrible.  Children’s Protective Services (CPS) failed this child and returned her to them after she was injured the first time.  Her mom needs to be charged too because I believe this angel was already dead when Brittany pulled the stunt of going out of town for a funeral that already happened.  

I feel like crying every time I read about this, every time I see a picture of Maleah. With all the suffering in her preciously few years, she still had a spark.
