Wow. Yes, #girlpower and huge S/O to women stacking $$$$ through continuing their father’s v savvy exploitation and oppression of their subjects. Really very inspiring. Lemme just add this to my #goals.

She also shared this photo with the dictators daughter, who acquired her wealth while the rest of the country lives on $2 a day. I usually really like Nicki, but this is a major bummer.

Nicki Minaj might be the most annoying person in America. And yeah, I know about that pharmacy douchebag. Still comfortable with my statement.

I’m just impressed that he managed to talk to so many people while he was over there.

I dont’ know anything about the SA legal system, but when he went to bed she was there. He woke up and she wasn’t in bed with him. She didn’t come to the house without his knowledge. This man startled by a noise in his house didn’t call out her name to see if it was her. He just started shooting at a bathroom door.

However, yes, I am still glad that American jury verdicts cannot be questioned. More often than not (in modern times) jury nullification works to the benefit of a nonviolent defendant being tried for a trivial charge like simple drug possession or a $5 pot deal. I certainly wouldn’t want an appellate court to be able

Dude, who are you arguing with? I promise you I did not serve on the Zimmerman Jury.

The South African legal system is so silly. It’s like Groundhog Day or some shit. When the prosecution gets a conviction, they shouldn’t be able to appeal to get a more severe one. That’s crap.

Zimmerman proved self-defense. Also, contrary to popular myth, he did not invoke Florida's "stand your ground" laws. He claimed he was attacked and defended himself, i.e., good old-fashioned self defense. You can disagree with the verdict or the Jury's interpretation of the facts, but that's how it went down, legally.

This may surprise you, but U.S. laws do not apply in South Africa. There is no “Castle Doctrine”.

I’m confused. Are you of the opinion that a prosecutor can never appeal a mistake of law by the trial judge? Because they can, most places.

You don’t know what you’re talking about.

Why should the defense in any criminal case? By that logic, you believe we should live in a system without appeals? So whatever the judge says, either way is final?

You’re an expert on the South African legal system? When a judge makes an error, as this one did, why shouldn’t that be appealed? You think he should get away with murder because he got lucky that his judge was dumb?

Dude, you may be the only one that believes his story that he didn’t think he was shooting at his girlfriend.

To achieve actual justice for the dead woman?

No one should shame or stigmatize Charlie Sheen for being HIV positive. They should shame and stigmatize him for being a woman beater (and shooter) and a piece of garbage.

Funny how all the other moments of silence across stadiums in Europe were observed just fine.

Moreover, they willingly decided to piss on the grave of Kemal Ataturk, the only Turk who could have taken them to Europe and to a future of modern democracy.

Because Turkey is the asshole of the earth. They deny the holocaust ever happened and wave Nazi salutes at any Jewish team too, but nobody cares about that. They also maintained open borders with Syria long enough for all the Turkish Buttholes in their country to go join and support that shitshow, so this doesn’t
