Agreed. I mean, sarcasm and irony can be fun too, I enjoy it in plenty of things. But so many people see them as basic requirement for sth to be funny, otherwise it's "for kiddies" or "naive" or "boring", which is BS. We've come to the point that being cynical is the norm so I find SU very refreshing.

Personally I prefer SU bc it's just refreshingly unironic, unsarcastic and not-mean, but that's just a personal thing :) They're both good.

And Steven Universe! (Which in my humble opinion beats GF by lengths, but GF is still fantastic.)
