I guess I can't fault you Scamps for making such a Valiant effort 

My issue other than speed of charging is that charging stations for the most part are not set up to accommodate a truck + trailer.  It'll be years before we would consider trying to tow our trailer with an electric truck, but those who are building charging stations should think about that future

I bought my 83 Escort L new and drove it for 11 years. The steering wheel showed little wear. The door skins were flapping in the breeze,  and it had an impressive array of mechanical issues over the years, but the interior (except the headliner) was just fine

My Ohio drive is I-75 on my way to Florida. It’s terrible but fortunately only a fraction of the trip.  The I75 stretch of Georgia isn't all that interesting either

Friend of mine was one of the Rivian layoffs. He'd been thinking of leaving before it happened,  said the place is a "shitshow" currently.  Could be growing pains like we saw at Tesla,  but layoffs always have unforeseen costs.
