CNN used to have Headline News, which was basically a half hour newscast largely unchanged (of course updated as events warranted) running 24/7. CNN itself could be dedicated to international news or longer pieces.
Word is they gave Kasie Hunt from MSNBC some bucks to move there. I suppose that they’re looking for more talent, but I personally do not feel any interest in this AT.ALL.
When i was really little PA sent you new plates, no stickers
It’s officially a classic car at this point. In Michigan you can run plates from your classic car’s model year, if you pay for them. These are so boring I don’t know why someone would, though
If she wasn’t, I’d like to hope that she would take this opportunity to say she regretted not having been vaccinated, and encourage others to get their shots ASAP. She could influence at least a few people, esp. younger ones and African Americans. We need all the help we can get
Beer tasted vile to me when I was an 18 YO in college. Boone’s Farm was/is basically pop with some alcohol, very much a gateway drug
Trailer park shandy...that’s frickin’ genius
It was definitely “wine” in the early to mid 70s when the drinking age was 18 in Michigan and we could buy it for about a buck a bottle IIRC. That would have been my budget because I really was a poor college student, with little parental financial support.

I remember port installed AC. I also remember selling them aftermarket at Sears. They were hundreds of dollars and meant a fat commission. Also a very aggravated mechanic finding out he had to install one.
I wish you were right, but I fear he will find an audience.
Odd phrase to use for a man who was too blind for prison
Skizzle frazzle!
They are also apparently afraid America is too weak to handle the truth. Some patriots, eh?
Yeah, Kroger bought a local chain here a few years ago and after a half hearted attempt at keeping the old product mix, they either closed or Krogerized the remaining stores. Damn you Hiller’s for selling out.
I went in to our local Walmart about a year ago for a specific thing I could only find there. It’s in a reasonably upscale suburb but that store was trashy and the people looked like they were shopping under duress. It’s just an unpleasant place to shop IMO, Kmart in its heyday was much less obnoxious.
The thing that blows me away, is that I used to live in the PNW and shop at Fred Meyer, and now I live in MI
