It's just a show. Everyone needs to chill the hell out, there's hasn't even been a single shot put on film. I seriously don't think HBO would have any interest in the show if it was going to be pro-racism.
The 90s in general were a lackluster period. Rock was mostly shrinking back from the more experimental 80s, relying more heavily on a 'roots' diet of punk, metal, and classic rock. Rap was on the decline after a few groundbreaking records in the early 90s. Electronic music was still growing and actually a lot of great…
NOPE.
*wipes sweat from palms*
I don't recall anybody asking that former Nazi party members be given time "to grow".
I know the English language is a lost cause but it still bothers me when a sentence ends with a preposition. I didn't even go to college.
I think it's hilarious ;)
Exactly what he believes.
How is that working out?
edit: I'm pretty sore about the military ban so I'm in much more of a "French revolution" frame of mind, see.
I said it during the election and I'll say it again, this is no time for jokes. Humor isn't the way you fight fascism. It's fun, sure, but you don't battle this kind of enemy with satire and monologues.
I don't know or care about most of the albums on this list, but Kid A and Strange Days? Alright, When the Music's Over is overlong and pretentious. But come on, those are two good albums!
Martin is such a good movie! I hope to rent it this weekend and watch it with my fiance who's never seen it.
Orange Juice, the sax solo on Rip It Up
I''m not terribly familiar with the criminal justice system, so maybe this is a dumb question. The last line of the article says he will be "eligible" on Oct 1. Since he has been granted parole, does that mean he will be out on Oct 1 or what?
The point is that you're comparing movies featuring zombies in the pre-Romero era to Romero's creatures which are different in significant ways. The only reason for the comparison seems to be that people called his monsters zombies for lack of a better word. But the comparison rings false.
I would never feed a child. The idea is patently outrageous. If they are to survive, they must learn to fend for themselves. Cut the cord!
I don't think you understood what I was saying.
I like Parliament. Not too crazy about Funkadelic.
fuck… now I need to go to the fridge. Thanks a lot, olive man.
I don't think Wes Anderson has made a movie I liked since Royal Tennenbaums. Too precious.
