It works for The Punisher to be not that developed while he goes and kick ass, in a small universe. Once you open his universe (aka giving him his own series) it will fall apart unless they get the best writers to develop him accordingly without damaging his plot.

Maybe for the shows and movies you like, but keep trying to push for the F they deserve!

That's the problem I have with that storyline. I don't mind the ninjas, Nobu and I loved Elektra but the Black Sky? Wtf is that?

The Punisher, that one dimensional badass without zero growth and a lame arc (The Blacksmith) is not better than Elektra and the lame arc of The Hand.

Oh dear god. I mean, I agree that The Hand and The Blacksmith were weak/confusing stories but a fucking D? None of the episodes of S2 deserves a C much less a D.
